ARRIVAL TIME / Departure Times:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you are driving to the ranch, we recommend that you arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Dinner is at 6:30 p.m.). If you are using ranch transportation, our first available airport pickup is at 1:00 p.m. on check-in Sunday. Please make your flight accordingly. Departure should be based upon our 9:00 a.m. checkout time. The last shuttle leaving TRR on check-out Sunday is 9:00 a.m. Ideally, book a flight out of Denver leaving between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The ranch is approximately two hours from the airport. We are happy to take guests to the airport as early as needed. Ranch transportation is only available on Sundays. If you are staying less than a week, you will have to rent a car.

PETS:
We have wonderful ranch pets for you to love while at TRR, but we cannot provide for guest pets. Please do not allow ranch pets inside any buildings.

FINAL PAYMENT:
We encourage and welcome cash, personal checks or travelers checks. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

PHONE / MAIL / TECHNOLOGY:
Please note that cell phones do not work at the ranch. There are guest phones in both the Ranch House and the Pueblo House. The phones require a calling card or a credit card to make outgoing calls. Any messages that come into the office will be brought to you at mealtime. We do have a fax machine (303-838-5133) and are glad to assist with incoming and outgoing faxes in the main office. We take and pick-up mail once a day. Please bring outgoing mail to the office and any incoming mail will be brought to you at mealtime. We do have wireless internet access. As long as you have a laptop that has wireless capability, you will be able to access the service from anywhere on the ranch. The Pueblo House has its very own service as well. Please be aware that guests will need to bring their own laptops, as our business computer will not be available for guest use. Please be aware that internet service at 9200 feet in the heart of the Rockies is not the same service as you might find in the city.

Driving information:
Please refer to the location section of our website to print a map. The easier way to get to the ranch is via HWY 285. Please note, that coming Interstate 70 west to Georgetown to Guanella is currently NOT an option. Guanella Pass is closed for through traffic from Georgetown to Grant.

Using GPS:
If you are using a GPS device to the ranch, please only program as far as the town of Grant. If you put in the physical address of the ranch, you will end up an hour south.
