EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES & MEALS
If you have visited our Ranch page, you already know about our ranch and the historical lodging we offer. Now we’ll tell you that meals are a real source of pride to us. Everything here is home cooked. We make our own breads and desserts, and guarantee that you and your kids will agree on the menu. Typical dinners will feature beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, grilled chicken, and barbequed ribs. And all you can eat! We have lots of cookouts, and you haven't lived until you've ridden several hours up to a high mountain meadow and smelled coffee brewing and bacon cooking. We can cater to any eating style or dietary need. Beer and wine are served with most dinners. One of the week’s highlights is the candlelight dinner. During family weeks, kids have a fun outdoor cookout while you feast in splendor.

FAMILY TRADITION
Tumbling River Ranch has been a dude ranch since 1940’s. In 1975, Jim and Mary Dale Gordon traded the heat of Dallas for the Colorado Rocky Mountains with the purchase of Tumbling River Ranch. After 25 years of running the ranch, they turned it over to their youngest child Megan. She and her husband Scott along with their daughter, Laney, and their son, Finn, invite you and your family to come experience this very special ranch. As owners who are there everyday and involved in every way they will help you create a week of vacation memories that will last a lifetime.
